Brooke
Brooke is an international animal rights organization, dedicated to improving the lives of horses, donkeys and mules, working in some of the world's poorest communities. An average of six or more people depend on the income generated through the work of each animal, and so improving the welfare of animals, the life of the poor in developing countries has improved.
Our goal is to reach 2 million working horses, donkeys and mules more need in the developing world by 2016.
The role
You can manage our brand reputation, increase our awareness in both the United Kingdom and internationally. This role leads the development and quality of Brooke to develop effective and innovative external communications.
Criteria
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Brooke which is demonstrable work experience as a brand leader and public relations or similar role in a charity or other organisation.
The candidate will have the ability to professionally represent the Brooke to the public outside and act as spokesperson and Ambassador as required. You should have an interest in animal welfare and/or development overseas. In addition you will have experience of managing a brand and significant PR on a global basis.
We are looking for a self-starter, who act on their own initiative and bring our creative media ideas. You will have significant UK media contacts that can be optimized in this role.
