About 65,000 EuroWSPA to expand its country program in Europe – looking for a Leader of the campaign
The world society for the protection of animals (WSPA) is expanding its campaign in Europe and is currently looking to appoint a leader of the campaign to manage the development and implementation of the European countryside, dairy products and other campaigns as required, through the contribution of country strategies and managing the team's line.At WSPA, we have protected the animals around the globe for more than 30 years. We use our collective skills and knowledge to move individuals, organizations and Governments to transform the lives of animals. Working in more than 50 countries, we create positive change by exposing cruelty and pioneering sustainable solutions to animal suffering.
Europe NGO jobs vacancies Based in the Hague, Netherlands, and working with the campaign Director (Europe) to create project teams for specific campaigns, the Leader of the campaign contributes to the development of strategies of organizational innovative and revolutionary campaign. He manages the European campaign project of dairy products and other campaigns as required, through the development and implementation of project plans that will incorporate public facing campaigns aimed at consumers and citizens, and lobby work commitment.
The Leader of the campaign manages the team of European dairy campaign, as well as the dairy regional activists and their delegated tasks including writing plans and managing the delivery of communications and public campaigns. He monitors and assesses the progress of the campaign, liaising with the country Director to ensure good communication, planning and direction between teams of international campaign and the direction of the program team. He also represents WSPA and his interests in meetings with external entities.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a successful track record in international non-profit institutions, universities or similar organizations and proven track record of contribution to the development of successful and innovative strategy. The ideal candidate must be able to motivate and manage teams providing coaching, feedback and guidance, as required. Degree-level education or equivalent experience and an excellent command of written and spoken English essential, other languages are a plus.
