The French section of MSF is present in 30 countries.
We recruit one (e): contact Homer (H/F)
Context:Homer is a software used for countries of intervention for the management of national staff (approximately 5,000 employees). This software has two main functions:-creating and monitoring a national HR database; -the creation and printing of the salary according to the legislation of the country of intervention
Mission:Hierarchical responsibility of head of HR policies and tools in collaboration with a peer contact Homer you are the guarantor of the proper use of Homer, both on the grounds that at Headquarters and software development in line with the needs of human resources of MSF. It also works with all the human resources department, the Legal Department, Finance Department, the other sections and the International Bureau.

With his counterpart contact Homer:
• Ensures the correct use of HR software, both on the grounds that at Headquarters. • Provides support to users and guarantees the repair of defects. • sleep software development in line with the demands of RH of MSF. • User training supervisor on Homer and the development of training modules on this software. • Participates in the Working Group inter sections, common development and harmonization of practices homere • product (monthly and annual) HR indicators for national staff, sets the annual action plan, develops and manages a budget.
Profile:• at least 2 experience in the management and coordination of HR field of MSF for minimum 1 year; or similar experience with another NGO. • English and French electricity. • essential Homer software knowledge. Advanced Excel functions. • Autonomy. Flexibility in work. Analytical mind. Relational good. Work as a team. Ability to take a project and convince. Interest in the right to work.
Status: 6 months CDD-quadro-full-time.
Wage Conditions: gross monthly €3169 or 41.2 K € gross annual for 13 months. 22 RTT days per year. 100% health complementary Médecins Sans Frontières. Securities with a nominal value of € 8.50 restaurant (60% of Médecins Sans Frontières). 50% support public transport.
