Reporting to the Director of programs, will provide hands-on leadership for MAY, including the direct management and personnel management away HQ of administration of the country. It is expected to ensure quality delivery of operations and compliance with grants and contracts.
Holder of the post will help regional policy approaches, support managers in developing and implementing business plans, including expansion into new countries in coordinating and developing and strengthening donor relationships.
Europe NGO jobs vacancies The candidate will have excellent project management, business planning and budget management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at the same time. Previous experience working in apical position within development or humanitarian organisations is essential. A thorough knowledge and understanding of conflict recovery and development is needed as well as an understanding of contractual requirements and donors. This is a demanding position that will be suitable for a highly motivated individual, focused and flexible solution. The owner of the place also expects to travel extensively within their regional portfolios.
