Europe NGO jobs vacancies International consultancy for the provision of technical assistance to the Ministry of labour and social security in the development of the concept of home service small group including service financial projections (social welfare and Child Care System Reform Project IPA 2010).
Minimum requirements of Europe NGO jobs vacancies:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably, in social sciences, economics or a related technicalfield;
• At least five years experience working in financial analysis, planning and communitybased services, experience in creating small group/family services-will be a distinctadvantage type;
• In-depth knowledge of children's rights and international standards in the area of children of careof;
• Familiarity with the system of social protection and child in Montenegro;
• Strong information technology skills;
• Excellent grasp of Montenegrin language (both spoken and written), while fluency in Italian will be considered as an asset.
