Professional Services consultant works as a member of the team of our professional services team and is responsible for all aspects of the software implementation of government responsibility, FreeBalance according to generally accepted accounting principles and standards, the Government accounting standards and best practices, comprehensive product knowledge and by applying technology to the commercial operations of the Government.
The key to this position is the ability to transfer the knowledge and skills of government staff for capacity building and helping the Government Organization with change management best practices in the transition period to the new processes and financial management software. Serve as subject expert, by providing support to other areas within FreeBalance as input for the improvement of products and preparing presentations.If you like working with small teams of professionals, providing direct support to our customers and to prosper in business and troubleshooting processes, FreeBalance is the place for you!
Key responsibilities: reporting to the Vice-President, operations, professional services consultant is responsible for the following: • provide expertise and practical knowledge of the different functional areas of expertise, experience with the products/solutions FreeBalance ? manage customer expectations and values of avocet ? FreeBalance review and assemble the Government system of financial management legislation, policies and reporting requirements, which are all necessary elements for the examination of cases and the phase of reingenierie ? conduct the company by reviewing the needs of the client and prepares analyses and system requirements/configuration required Accounting function publique ? configuration and FreeBalance software demonstration of design/solution for the customer, which shows the correspondence between the process of technologie ? develop acceptance test plans and conducting acceptance tests of FreeBalance software configured client system ? develop materials of training and to deliver the requested product and user training courses, including "Train the trainer", to meet the needs of the client ? to transfer knowledge of the customer's project management, change management and the proper use of FreeBalance products/solution as a "super user" ? manage your day to day operational aspects of a project and scope, meet including projects and WBS activity planning and presentation of the final results to demonstrate strong skills ? qualite in project management, including project plans and developing the work effort estimates, the creation/meet the balance sheets, using resources effectively, implement/follow the progress and achievements of the project and prompt progettoconformemente relations norms established FreeBalance ? assessing and preparing tenders and proposals for accounting compliance, reporting and financial management practices and to provide that the level of effort and the working definition for pilot ? use effective leadership skills to complete all stages of projects from concept to the ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently on projets ? ? achevement make a contribution on products management functional problems and future needs of the product according to the client ? to comment on the progress of all activities and results expected attributed to Manager of projet ? with the project manager and team for all the goals in a timely manner and according to the ability of budget international travel and ? locally as a basic need for extended periods. ? Technical Assistant Project Manager project ? functional with experience in public financial administrations and more specifically in: design, implementation and monitoring of national budget accounting financial control, human resources management in the public domain, taxation, investment and public procurement. ? seconded in Conakry on the first 3 months of the mission.
Education and experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting or minimum • in a related field such as economics, trade, public finance management accounting designation ? ? and working experience with a national accounting firm media or as large as an asset. ? 5 + years in client-side role of finance, public or professional services sector, and/or experience 3 + years of experience in the public sector and organizations experience and 1 year implementation of integrated solutions of accounting/ERP ? solid understanding of processes and procedures, in particular in public sector ? in experienced and deploying software applications, the collection and documentation of customer requirements, in particular for the development and implementation of applications logicielles ? excellent skills and analytical ability to identify and resolve the problemes experience ? ? ERP systems have proven to work with customers experience resulting in positive and continuous relationship ? benefits for the customer and his collegues ? proven ability to offer effective training programs will be considered as an atout ? that candidate must be willing to travel and must read, write and speak fluent English and Dutch.
