The On Purpose Associate Programme is a 1 year programme that combines paid work with professional development. When you join On Purpose you:

• are paid to work in placements at organisations such as Virgin Unite, Big Society Capital, JustGiving, UnLtd and Social Enterprise UK
• receive weekly training from professionals at leading organisations in the commercial and social sector, for example, McKinsey, the Design Council, the Cabinet Office, Ogilvy and the Big Issue
• learn from your peers, experienced mentors and executive coaches
• become part of a supportive network of emerging social enterprise leaders

Our alumni are a strong network of emerging leaders, and 90% are now working in social enterprise.

The programme is full time, based in London and starts on Wednesday 1^st April 2015. Associates work in their placements 4.5 days a week and spend Friday afternoon at training. Associates are paid £21,000 for the year, which is a stipend for a year of training and development.
